2025 marks the 17th anniversary of McMullen Real Estate opening for business.
Since 2008 we have not only grown numerically as a team but also substantially grown our understanding of the polarising effects the online trading platforms are having on traditional UK physical retailing.
MRE now numbers 13 highly experienced retail advisers delivering answers to owners and occupiers of legacy assets and portfolios and to retailers and landlords contemplating the changes and investment required to deliver high quality trading environments into the 21st century in both the omni channel and post covid world.
Our retailer client base includes the UK’s most successful and profitable businesses who require swift, innovative, defining real estate advice across their portfolios. The knowledge acquired in delivering the changes required to occupier’s physical estates as a result of the omni-channel world allows us to also advise and service our Landlord clients both institutional and development, on the ever-evolving physical requirements retailers need to respond to in our fast changing market.
We operate under the single overarching umbrella of the retail market, encompassing High Street, Retail and Shopping Park , Leisure and Shopping Centres, rather than the traditional and historic model of “in and out” of town. We have two offices, central London and Manchester covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.
