Location

Newport is situated approximately 31 miles west of Bristol and 15 miles east of Cardiff. Urban population is approximately 137,000. The retail park is located approximately 4 miles south east of the town centre in a highly prominent and visible location off Spytty Road (A455) which forms part of the southern ring road linking to junction 24 of the M4 motorway in the east and Junction 28 of the M4 to the west.
